The Gorges Du Verdon/Verdon Gorge is located in South-Eastern France in the Alpes de Haute Ptovence. Even though it's a river canyon it is one of the most beautiful sight's in all of Europe. It measures about 25 kilometers long and the Verson River goes through it. Some activities you can do their are fishing, going rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, rafting, and even canyoning. With all these things to do it attracts thousands of people every year, especially ing the Summer.
